Terms and Conditions
A deposit of one third of the total rental is payable with your booking and the balance is due four weeks prior to the start of your holiday. An invoice will be sent to you.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance
Once your booking is confirmed, you are liable for the full rental if you have to cancel your booking. We strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate holiday insurance cover.
Please note that it is only during peak season that we adhere to the named starting day. During mid and low season, it may be possible to vary the changeover day to suit you, please do not hesitate to ask if you would like an alternative start/finish day or a long weekend.
Your cottage will be available at 4.00pm on your arrival date and we ask that you vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of your departure. Whilst all properties are thoroughly cleaned between visitors, we would ask you to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
Dogs are welcome to join you for your holiday (subject to the conditions on the booking form) - 2 small or 1 large dog in Daisy and Buttercup and a maximum of 2 dogs in the larger cottages. There is a charge of £15 per dog, per stay. As most dog owners are probably aware, as part of the clean beach policy, many of Cornwall’s beaches are closed to dogs between Easter and October. Owners are particularly requested to ensure that their dogs do not lie on the soft furnishings and to keep their dogs on leads in the vicinity of the courtyard cottages
Both electricity and central heating is included in the rental.
Towels and tea towels are not included in the rental. Duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases are included.
Pasty/Ice Cream Supper
A pasty supper is provided for stays of a week or more.
Decoration & Furnishings
Due to a programme of continual refurbishment, some soft furnishings may differ from those pictured.
Under recent legislation, all cottages are now non smoking.
VAT at 20%is included in the prices
